Welcome to OPTIMISE. I’m Robert, a fully insured Holistic Therapist with years of experience helping people relieve stress, pain, and discomfort. Based in Oxfordshire and Central London, my unique bodywork system is designed to release deep-seated tension and rebalance the body for improved movement and long-lasting relief.

My passion for understanding the body’s potential began during my years as a competitive swimmer and Swim Coach. These formative experiences fueled my curiosity, leading me to explore strength, conditioning, and body mechanics.
Over the years, I have trained with exceptional mentors and refined powerful techniques that go beyond traditional therapy.
